3. How do I edit my order if I entered my address wrong?
Please email us as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 2 days of ordering.
4. When will my order arrive?
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. All pre-orders require a processing time of 20 business days. This can vary depending on production demand. We assure you it will be worth the wait!
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can click on the link in the email which will take you to the USPS website, allowing you to track your order.
Please Note: Multiple items ordered together under one order, may be sent separately. This is to avoid a back log when items are custom made. Please look out for your other tracking numbers if this is the case.
1. How should I take care of my jewelry?
Use a dry soft lint free cloth to periodically wipe clean your jewelry items. This will keep your jewelry looking shiny. Ideally, store your GLOW By Khia jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to help reduce scratching and tangling.
